Poker Update
Ok, where to start
Won a couple of small games, but nothing serious
Played a game on Virgin to win a seat to the Virgin Poker Festival in April up in Newcastle. The first week, i was bubble boy and finished 4th for 30 euros, top 3 all won seats worth 150 euros Anyway, the following week i managed to finish 2nd and get my seat, so looking forward to that
Tonight i played a few games, came 5th in the Poker United game, 25th in the Tony G game for a few more dollars and the sat down at 7pm to play a big one
Played the FTOPS $120 headhunter torney. Anyway when i was finally knocked out after 5 hours I ahd taken 2 heads ! LMAO
It started at 7 pm and there were 9003 players and it paid the top 1080, it had a fund of 900K!
I finally went out when i pushed on the BB with 44 and was called by the chip leader who showed Q 10 and hit her 10
Anyway, i managed 555th out of 9003, so happy with that, but gutted did not finish a bit higher! OH well, always next time
